03 - Place the fries in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them evenly for optimal roasting.
04 - Bake for 15 minutes, then flip the fries using a spatula. Continue baking for an additional 12 to 15 minutes, or until the fries are golden brown and edges are crisp.
05 - Remove fries from the oven, allow to cool for 3 minutes, then serve immediately.
