# How to Make It:

01 - Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium heat until evenly hot.
02 - Lay one tortilla flat. Distribute approximately 3/4 cup of shredded cheese blend over half the tortilla. Layer with desired optional fillings. Fold tortilla in half to form a half-moon shape.
03 - Transfer filled tortilla to preheated skillet. Cook 2-3 minutes per side, pressing lightly with spatula, until tortilla develops golden-brown color and cheese is fully melted.
04 - Remove quesadilla from heat and place on cutting board. Allow to cool 1-2 minutes, then cut into 3-4 wedges.
