01 - In a pitcher, combine the fresh lemon juice and granulated sugar. Stir until sugar is fully dissolved.
02 - Add cold water to the lemon mixture and stir well. Taste and adjust sweetness by adding more sugar if desired.
03 - Fill serving glasses with ice cubes and pour the lemon mixture over the ice.
04 - Optionally garnish with lemon slices and fresh mint sprigs. Serve immediately.
