01 - Preheat oven to 350°F.

03 - Add corn, red bell pepper, green onions, jalapeño, cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined and evenly distributed.
04 - Transfer the mixture to a 9-inch oven-safe baking dish. Spread evenly across the surface.
05 - Bake for 25 minutes, or until hot and bubbly and the top is lightly golden brown.
06 - Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes. Garnish with chopped cilantro if desired.
07 - Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or sliced vegetables.
