01 - In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and sour cream. Mix until completely smooth and creamy.
02 - Add shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, bacon, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt. Mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
03 - Lay a tortilla flat on a clean work surface. Spread one-fourth of the chicken mixture evenly over the entire tortilla surface, leaving a small border around the edges.
04 - Starting from one edge, tightly roll up the tortilla into a compact cylinder. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
05 - Wrap each rolled tortilla securely in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up for clean slicing.
06 - Remove rolls from refrigerator and unwrap. Using a sharp knife, slice each roll into 6 even pinwheels.
07 - Arrange pinwheels on a serving platter and serve chilled or at room temperature.
