01 - Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and diced onion. Cook, breaking up the meat with a spatula, until browned, about 7 minutes.
02 - Drain excess fat from the skillet. Stir in ketchup, mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 2 minutes, then remove from heat.
03 - Warm the flour tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave until soft and pliable.
04 - Place a slice of cheddar cheese in the center of each tortilla. Spoon an equal amount of the seasoned beef mixture over the cheese.
05 - Top each wrap with diced tomato, shredded lettuce, and sliced dill pickles.
06 - Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll tightly into a wrap. Serve immediately, or grill the wraps on a hot skillet for 2 minutes per side until crispy.
